i have a eurocharged tune on my car but then my service b1 is coming up in 10 days or so , should i tune my car back to stock ? or is it unecesary? what type of changes or services do they do in service b1 anyways ? im not a diy person so im just gonna let the dealer do everything for me

Either take it to an independent shop as is, or, and if this is just me not wanting to blow any chance of getting rejected warranty work, tune back to stock before taking it in.

I never had any warranty issue taking the car to the dealer with a tune

It probably won't matter but I'd throw the stock tune on there.

If it's not throwing any codes or you have an engine malfunction, I honestly wouldn't bother. They don't *LOOK* for things to void your warranty. Besides, putting it back to stock will do absolutely nothing for you even if you do have an engine-related warranty claim, because if MB is looking at a $30K repair, they will send the ECU code to Germany for analysis and they ARE ABLE TO TELL if it had been tuned in the past and reflashed back. Judging by the majority of the earlier replies to your post, most people here are are unfortunately much too naive to realize that they are the gullible ones, not the MB engineers.

B1 service is oil change, all filters (engine & cabin included), check of all wear and tear items (pads, rotors, belts, battery, all fluids) and on the W204 C63 a brake fluid change / flush. All in about $800 CAD at the dealer on a car that doesn't need any other work.
