Someone was selling a used set a while back here on the forums. Try searching for it to see if it's still available.
I need to replace mine as well, but they run about $150 each side.
I suggest that if you do end up finding a new replacement, get some Lamin-X to help absorb some of the blows from road debris as fog lens cracking happens quite often.

Ebay has them for about $80. I had to replace the passenger side. With the oil cooler in the way, i just removed the bumper to replace it. The driver's side I would, at most, remove the wheel. Just look up the MB part number and you should be able to find it on ebay. Sorry, I don't remember who I bought mine from. Also, throw some Lamin-x on them. That helps absorb impacts and keep them intact.
