Do you have $40,000 (USD) to spend?

Former Vendor of MBWorld
Both of these cost 12-15k
Both are great and expensive. I have dealt with kleeman SC's for a while and no issues. Weistec is a good company and have good tech support.
Can't say anything bad about either company. Let me know if you are interested and I can get a deal for you for these kits.

You are right I would say $30k. Stage 3 is $15k in parts. You have to ad on top of that Headers ($3-4k), bullet proof transmission ($6k), tune ($1k), accessories like ice tank (since you live in warm country), plugs and last but not least labor for install.
Which country are you? Maybe you can save on that or do it yourself like Merc63 did.
Reliability will always be a concern since you are stressing the engine passed the factory limits. But it is safe to say weistec has developed a good package. Not many failure reported.
At the end of the day you pay for play

If you go stage 3 you'll need the tranny.

You'd need the bullet proof ($5.5k) and I believe you'd also want to add the TCU for another $1500.
So, if you plan stage 3 there's an extra $7k in parts + shipping a tranny isn't cheap + labor for that.
Like I said, $40k.

He's Saudi, they bath in money.
If you go stage 3, you need the tranny upgrade. Stage 2 doesn't need it unless you have a high mile tranny.
You need the kit, headers, tranny (stage3), ice tank and install.
