HELP to make a decision about wheels ET С63COUPE!
Hi folks!
I Want to purchase my new wheels for summer BC Forged RS43 R18 (no concave) looks similar to HRE R43.
Specs would be: front j8.5 rear j9.5 with michelin PSS 245/40 275/35
Dont want to rub!
But cant make a decision about offset. BC Forged advised 40 for front and 50 for rear.
Some owners here run they Forgestar F14 (no concave) front j8.5 rear j9.5 with ET 40-45 front and 54-55 for rear.
My thoughts 40 front 54 rear for this tires.
Thanks!

Those are conservative offsets.
But if you want to upsize your tire widths, you may be forced to run the offsets you mentioned.
FYI I have 19 x 8.5 ET 30 front and 19 x 9.5 ET 44 Rear.

BC advised an offset that they know will work, taking in your desire for an aggressive stance. Why would you not follow their advice. They know best what will work for THEIR wheels, as all manufacturers are different. Don't make this harder than it has to be.

I'm considering an 8.5/et45 Front and 9.5/et45 Rear setup but I think it'll be quite tight at the back...

As Kriston mentioned these are safe offsets. Are you lowered?
I was running 8.5x19 ET30 F and 10x19 ET48 R with PSS 235/35/19 F 275/30/19 R. I was lowered on KW V3 so I adjust my settings for not rubbing. I wouldn't go lower in the rear for a 10x19 in order to keep a 275 tire size in the back. GL

No I'm stock high without PP. I want an offset's to be aggressive.
Here is an example of Konig Milligram r18 8.5 ET35/9.5 ET45 but tires are 235/40 front and 265/35 rear Hankook TD
it looks nice but i think with this offset on 245/275 it will rub!
I guess ET 40/50 will work for me...

Yes do 19x8.5 +40 & 19x9.5 +50 for flushness & no rubbing. Rear in +54 will be too sunk in & +45 wont work with 275 tires.

Same offset for 18's, 19's or 20's.. But yeah u got the idea.
Any reason for going 18's? Track set up?
And why go +54 & use spacers? I'm confused...

Spacers to be as close to the arch as posible and to ensure my self from rubbing with +50

At stock height u won't rub with +50 & 275.
I'm running 19x10 +50 with 275 PSS lowered & no rubbing. Trust me +54 won't look good, so is 18's. But yes as a track wheel, 18's with +54 rear is ideal.. Keep in mind that this is exactly what we have as oem wheel specs (except x9) in the rear.

Roswell i find this post below in aftermarket wheels thread. You telling that u rub with R19 9.5 275/30 PSS. Car was lowered? If im going to drop my car for example with H&R springs it will rub?
Because now i change my mind and want +50....

+53 or higher , I had 275/30/19 on my 19x9.5 +50mm & they were rubbing.. I'm on 265/30/19 now & no rubbing.

Yes I had 19x9.5 +50 with 275/30/19 Hankook V12 tires & I had slight rub on the passenger rear at high speed over big dip. And yes I'm lowered on h&r springs.
Going x10 with 275 PSS helped eliminate the rubbing maybe due to the tires being more stretched or maybe due to the PSS vs V12 different sidewalls?

For ur case, at stock height u will be fine I'm sure. If u decide to lower, I'm not sure if u will rub on the passenger rear like I did as I never experienced 18's with PSS. Maybe someone with similar setup can chime in.

19x9.5 ET50 rears with 275/30 PSS and you could maybe stick a thin piece of cardboard between the tires and the fenders, but at least on my car no rubbing even with four people in the car (Canadian APX Coupe so ~10mm lower than US OEM height cars, but it's close so if you are lowered (usually 1" or 1.25" then all bets are off). Fronts were 19x8.5 ET48 originally built for a non-AMG W204 C-class and perfectly flush with 245/35 PSS and a 12mm spacer (so ET36)... now changed the outer barrels to 2" from the 1.5" (resulting in ET"35.5") with 255/35 PSS. Same fit as before (no rubbing) and should completely dial out any understeer at the track if I run it with the street tires.
R-comps tend to run even wider than street rubber and have considrably stiffer sidewalls and a more square profile, so I wouldn't count on being able to run R-comps in those sizes with those rim offsets. Just a word of caution. The OEM 18s are perfect for Toyo R888s though.
