Command knob not working?
I heard that this is a common problem for our cars? Tilting works but turning is not working. Does have one have the part number by any chance?

I'm dealing with this issue too. I have the part but have to take apart the whole center console to get to the connection.

when i bought my 13 it wasn't working. dealer replaced the whole thing haven't had a problem. has only been 4 months though.

Apparently very common. Mine is booked in for repair under warranty tomorrow.
