Fill Up with Gas, Then car Sputters
My vote is bad new part. Just because its new doesnt make it good. Keep us updated please.

My c 63 start using fuel too much
Can anybody tell me why its using fuel like crazy....before with full tank i will go 330-350km now 270-290km? help please

well I got my car back with new fuel tank and new fuel pump installed. drove it for a few days to get the tank down to 1/4 full. filled up and started the car....no more sputter!!!! Whoo Hooo!!! Finally!!!
Then I put it in drive....aaaaannnnd here comes the sputter and shaking again. So I took it back to the deal for the 4th time now. Got a call yesterday that "Mercedes" has recommended that all carbon be clean with a "Special" system cleaner. Plus the TECHN FIELD REP will be in a few days now that will run a few tests on it.
F*ck Sakes!! I want my car back!!

My car is still at the dealer. They had a "Field Tech Supervisor" come in Monday. He found a leak in the intake manifold. So they have ordered that part and should have it today.
All I can say is, I am glad this is all under warranty!!

Intake replaced, and according to MB the car is running much better. Let's see how long this last now. LOL
So far to date all parts replaced to find the issue....
Charcoal Canister
Purge Valve
Fuel Filter
Fuel Tank and all associated lines
Fuel Pumps
Intake Manifold

Just filled up for the 2nd time and no more sputter. It seems that it was the intake manifold all this time. Car runs a little better too, now that I have a intake that is new and "clean".

Interesting...I had a bad issue of that and changed gas to use only Chevron and so far no sputtering. Been a few months now. Idling better and no sputtering. Glad you got it fixed.
