Help Identify Noise

My C63 feels very healthy, but I have this noise that has been bugging me. The only reason I noticed it is because I had the radio completely off and I was on a quiet road. It sounds almost like a slight knock. What I have noticed:
  • Only hear the noise under light load in low RPM range
  • Only happens when car is warmed up
  • pace of sound increases with RPM
  • Can only hear it clearly in the car with windows up
  • Sound is faint, but noticeable

Listen close to the video and let me know what you think. Oil is topped off.

I noticed that you are super low on gas. Could it be the car struggling to get what little gas is left?

Is the sound coming from the engine bay?
Have you tried to listen to it from the outside?
You might not need oil but you definitely need gas!

Haha. It does seem to make the same noise with a full tank

Sounds to me like it is coming from the engine as it changes with revs. I can't hear it from the outside either.
