High-pitched noise from engine

High-pitched noise from engine
About two days ago, my car started making this constant high-pitched humming noise during cold start.
The noise seems to be coming from the engine bay.
Also, my car shakes when I accelerate, while the car is making the odd noise.
Here's a video of my car making the odd noise.
Note: It wasn't a cold start, but it was still making the noise.
The noise during the cold start is about 2 times worse.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? If so, how'd u guys fix it?

PCV Valve?
Is it like a hollow whistle sound?
It reminds me of when the PCV valve in my old BMW was on its way out.
Hard to tell in video though

High pitch noise
Interested if you had any result with this noise. I have 2020 gla250. Same issue.
I too have loud high pitch noise on startup. Especially on cold start.
mb first advised it was not safe to drive. Then ‘fixed’ it. But it was worse.
now after third return to get fixed they say it must be normal as other cars do it. Not impressed. Car only 7 months old.
it didn’t do it from new and only started after 4 months once colder weather started.
