'08-10 with preventive maintenance or '11?

'08-10 with preventive maintenance or '11?
Hi Guys,
Wanted to get some purchasing advice.
I'm in the market for a C63, thats being shipped to a country where the warranty will not be honored and there is no MB dealership.
Only thing i'm concerned about is the infamous headbolt issue.
My budget allows for either a low mileage '08, '09. (~36-37k with around 20-30k miles). Or a slightly higher mileage '11 (~38-40k with around 40-50k miles). Any possible '11 i'll have vin checked for the issue to see if they were in the group. If i were to go for the '08 or '09 i wanted to have preventive maintenance done before shipping it out of the US. (Still waiting on a quote for MB miami).
Would appreciate any feedback
