2013 C63 Rolling in park
Has anyone else had this happen or heard of anyone else experiencing anything similar? My 2013 c63 failed to lock into park and rolled into another vehicle while parked.Transmission is now being replaced by Mercedes

I have noticed my 2013 might roll forward perhaps an inch after I have parked it. ie I come to a stop using the footbrake, take it out of D (or R) and put it in P then turn engine off. It will roll forward slightly before rocking to a stop with a bit of a jolt. I not used to auto transmission, did not think this felt as if it would be doing the transmission any favours, so I have been first applying the ebrake THEN putting it into P.

That is the correct sequence and what the pbrake was designed for. There is a parking pawl in the transmission that engages in park to keep the car from rolling forward or back. The pbrake is designed top hold the car in place and help keep high forces off the parking pawl.
In the OPs case the parking pawl is either broken or it is not engaging. Both conditions likely occurring from abuse.
The ebrake is a misnomer if you ask me as it will be almost totally ineffective in the case of an emergency and will only barely bring the car to a stop. It is really a parking or pbrake designed to hold the car stationary and help keep pressure off the parking pawl in the transmission when the transmission is placed in park.
Use your pbrake when you park the car especially if the ground is sloped.

The car was on a very slight incline. (Slight enough to where the vehicle was not rolling when I exited as it was parked.) When parked on an actual slope. I always engauge parking brake prior to putting the car in park. Car rolled about 15 feet back into another car. It will have been at Mercedes dealership coming up on a month on Thursday. I believe they are sending engineers from headquarters to replace transmission

I dont think the ebrake is very good or there is a brake issue on mine. When I put my ebrake on, then put in ti park, release my foot of the foot brake, the car still rolls until the transmission locks. Had it adjusted at MB and they said all was OK but it still does it. Are there seperate pads for the ebrake?

Yes inside the rear rotor hats.

I know back in my BMW days, a 330d I purchased had a similar issue and inside the rotor was all rusty due to lack of use of the ebrake, could be something similar although the car is only 18 months old.
