I have a fidelity warranty that i purchased from Bruce, he should be on these forums somewhere if you search.
it's actually about to expire probably within the next month, i'm not sure if it's worth it to extend again or not. i haven't had too many issues (just one intermittent issue that's a PIA) but i haven't had any issues with them paying out.

Review: Great customer service, but awful coverage. Paid ~$2,500 for the warranty through the used car dealership and found out during the process of getting repairs done that there's a "maximum benefit" clause that happened to be the same amount that i paid for the warranty. all-in-all, i basically had a checking account that was only good for 3 years/36k miles. i would definitely look deep into any of these types of clauses, which is unheard of outside of the healthcare industry to my knowledge.
Result: Have since cancelled coverage and am looking around for another aftermarket warranty that'll expectedly cost more.

i have easycare theyve been great so far, just covered 5k in repairs and it only cost me a $250 deductible
the cashier actually told me easycare and mercury are both very easy to work with.

im in australia and my manufacturers warranty runs out in nov. i sourced an extended warranty policy through virginia surety co, and its aud$2310 for 36mths.
ive read the policy and given it to an insurance industry guy to look over, and ive also compared it to manufacturers extended warranty for other cars. (mb australia wont offer manufacturers extended warranty on amg cars). essentially the same policy. the only cause for concern is teh "wear and tear" interpretations. but ive also spoken to my mechanic and it also boils down to how they word the problems that might arise. say for example engine mounts wear away. well, if they said they burst, then an insurance company would cover that.
like anything, its insurance, u never really want to get to that point in time when u need to use it. and when u do, u hope that it covers you for the problems that have arisen

On my previous 09 sedan I had easycare total care. I paid $6k for it when I bought the car in 2012 with 62000 miles. Got me covered for 3 years/40k miles. I only used it once and the dealership said they were very easy to deal with. When I traded the car in they wrote me a check for the remaining time I haven't use it.

You may never need the warranty but the one time you do you will be very thankful
