Paint protection film for 507
Has anyone done paint protection film on a 507? Is there a precut kit for the entire front with 507 hood?
Expel has a kit for the c63 but not the 507 edition.
Does a front only kit for a c63 work on a 507?
I would rather have the whole front but would lean toward precut.

I recently covered mine with Xpel Stealth. The installer used pre cut for the front bumper but used a sheet and custom cut for the entire hood. BUT, looking at Xpel's website, looks like they do have a pre cut pattern for the 507. Perhaps the pre cut does not cover the entire hood.

Quotes went up to $1700 for custom cut front bumper and full hood. Looks much cleaner but I could not justify (to myself) the additional cost. Pre-cut does not wrap around all edges but people tell me they really can't tell until I point it out.
These are prices in Southern CA.

I had Xpel installed on the entire front and hood. My last car used a precut template, which looks fine. Problem is, you can get residue at the edges of the film, wax, debris, etc.
For the 507, I had it custom wrapped so no edges and is virtually invisible.
