iPE Muffler not going directly to factory tips on Black Series
I noticed a lot of guys run iPE system on their Blackseries. I recently had my exhaust system installed but noticed that the iPE muffler isn't exactly aligned with my factory AMG tips. Is this normal?

Tons, unfortunately you are going to have to modify the outlet a little as the system wasn't designed for the black series rear bumper. Nothing a competent muffler shop can't handle.
Who installed, you're in the Bay, I can recommend a shop up there that can help you and knows all about iPE.

I had the same issue with the Akrapovic. The tips need to be cut just at the right spot to blow into the bumper nozzle. It may not work 100% and if they blow outside the nozzle you risk getting the attachment points molten when pushing it , e.g on a track day.
I had to do 2 things finally to get it all working: cut the nozzle and bend its walls outward to catch all exhaust gases and wrap aluminum tape (Hvac tape) around to make sure all gas goes out and does not melt the point where the nozzle is bolted to the bumper.
It takes a bit of improvising, but is not difficult.
You cannot leave it as is. It will melt plastic if/when you step on it for long er.
