Made the plunge, just purchased a 2014 C63 AMG

Made the plunge the afternoon, purchased a 2014 C63 AMG. Pick-up is tomorrow. I won't be able to sleep tonight... Will post pictures soon.

So I still have 31 months of warranty left, but I was wondering if anyone knows any good indie shops in Dallas for stuff like oil changes and stuff.. (those who do good work, but are also fair and honest). Should I get those at the dealer or an indie shop? (should probably be my first question)

i'd say you should attempt to keep a good track record with your warranty and do it at the dealership as they're generally a part of your scheduled services. i find that my experiences with mb plano are always superb.

Yup MB Plano has taken care of me each time, scheduled service won't be cheap no matter where you go

thanks for the heads up! Park Place Grapevine is closer to me, but I'll give the MB Plano dibs.

Going to an indie will most likely be cheaper and won't void your warranty (as long as they are reputable and know what they are doing). I'm not in TX, but I do most maintenance either myself and keep records or take it to my indie. I will occasionally do some service at the dealership, though, to throw them a bone to stay in good graces for warranty work.
