Memory Seats Question
Since I've noticed that getting in and out of the car means I hit the side bolster every time, and since it's a daily driver, I've noticed the side bolster is looking a little worn on a small section.
My solution has always been to pull myself out of the car so it hits it as little as possible, but still I hit. My new solution is to put Memory Seat #1 to a back reclined, seat all the way back, and steering wheel up and in as it will go. Now when I pull myself up, I don't hit.
So the issue I run into is that I have to press and hold #1 everytime I get out of the car, and then press and hold #2 everytime I get into the car. On other cars I've owned (Lexus, Infiniti, etc), you simply push the memory seat button once and everything goes into position.
Any way to do the push and forget method on the C?

I take a running start and leap in hoping to land perfectly between the bolsters
You're being pretty extreme to adjust the seat every time, but I admire your persistence. However, you're going to be stuck holding the button.

I do the seat repositioning also. I don't think there's a one touch method. Not surprising, as I find our C to be missing a lot of basic little convenience features like this.

I'm a big guy though, 6'4 250 lbs, so I could use the extra space getting in and out haha
Yeah, it recently cropped up into my mind because I just picked up a G37 sedan for my wife and since I drive most of the time when we are together, #1 is hers, #2 is mine on that car, and it's just so easy, push it and leave it.

^Yeah, I'm 5'7'' and ~160lbs so I don't feel your pain. Man, those bolsters must be pretty snug on someone your size.

I have 1 set to my driving position and 3 set to slide the seat back and the wheel forward so I can get in and out with minimal bolster wear.

I would do that as well. I am just afraid of the seat motors crapping out. I think it be more of a pain to fix those than to repair the leather. I had a 164 Alfa QV with recaro seats and the motors died.

That was already in the back of my mind since the day I started. We are moving the seat at minimum 4 times per day, some days up to 10 or more times. How is this going to affect the seat motor?
I do have an extended warranty, wonder if that covers this?

So, seems like I have my solution for now, even if it is not ideal.

I slide my seat back every time to minimize leather wear also.
Do you have the easy exit turned on? (Raises steering wheel when you remove the key)

I do, but my sterring wheel is basically raised up all the way, wish the easy exit moved the steering wheel up and in instead of just up.
