Moving my car with slashed tires
Unfortunately, some punk over the weekend slashed all four of my tires on my c63. No idea who did it, and no explanation as to why I was targeted.
My car is parked in a tight spot that will require me to move it so that I can get the flat bed to tow it to the tire shop. Since all tires are flat, will moving my car SLOWLY cause any damage to the wheels or sensors?
I spoke with a technician from Mercedes shop and he said that it could cause some damage if I turn the wheel which will cause rubbing on the sensors on the inside of the wheel. I also spoke with a towing expert who works with Mercedes for their road side assistance, and he said that as long as I move the car slowly, it should not damage any sensors or the wheels.
Anyone here have experience with this, or been in a similar situation? Thanks guys!

That sucks, sorry to hear about this. One way to go would be to put some dollies under each wheel, set the parking brake, and roll it out that way.

I recently had a rear tyre that went flat on me, and i didn't know.
Car was parked in the garage and the flat tyre was on the passenger side rear, and i didn't see it on the approach to the car.
Anyway, long story short, im driving out of the garage, and in the part of the garage where i parked that time, to get out of the driveway you have to go full lock.
As im driving out (low speed like 3km/h) i hear a weird noise and a small thump from the rear.
I stopped and got out and looked. I turned that hard, that the tyre peeled right off the rim, and got caught in the inner fender. And this was my REAR wheel. Not slashed. Just flat coz overnight it lost all the air from a puncture.
Moral of me sharing my experience? Try not to move the car, if you have to do a hard turn. You could risk the tyre coming off the rim, and then damaging your rims.
I damaged the outer edge of my rim. Only slightly, but it was a b1tch, because the wheels were not even 24hrs old :'(

Update: Thank you guys for chiming in and giving me some good advice.
Long story short, the flat bed couldn't get under my parking structure so I had to drive my car out to the street. I ended up moving the car about 100 meters, and pretty much milked the pedal, never exceeding 5 mph. I had to do two turns, but took them as wide as I could and made sure the sidewall did not roll under the wheel. I was able to get it on the tow truck, and to the tire shop safely.
It sucked that my car got vandalized, and I hope that the guy who did it gets what he deserves. On the bright side, I got brand new Michelin Pilot Super Sports and I will say that they are a lot better than the factory tires from the dealership, and the Continental Contact DW's (that I had for 4 months ) . If you HAVE to move your car, do it super slow, and avoid turning if possible. I have driven on the new tires for 2 days now, and the tire pressure in the wheels seem to be working properly. Thanks again guys.

glad to hear, I was hoping for good results for when the day comes that this happens to me haha.......but really......
sounds like slow is key, and keeping some, although deflated, rubber underneath.....and YES! the Michelins are great tires, have had, and still do use them a lot on my CLS, don't come in the size for 20's on my S though
hope whomever jacked your car gets some Karma......gotta believe that

That really sucks that someone slashed your tires! Must be jealous of your ride. Glad to hear you got it out without any damage.
Also very surprised you could get mpss tires. I'm trying to get some for my new wheels and ordered a week ago but they are so back ordered they won't even tell me if I can get them at all or not.
Anyway, hope you don't have any future run ins with vandalism, so horrible.

Now that I think about it, it is strange that someone went through the trouble and risk of slashing all four tires. That's pretty extreme.

I had a screw in my front tire for the second time this summer, I feel your pain !
I didn't notice it when I got in the car and accidentally drove about 50-100 meters on a dead flat tire (showing 1psi in the dash). The rim was fine.
I don't think driving 20m with them is much worse than letting it sit on the rims...
That said, you can just put it on blocks and replace the tires too as suggested above

Put the car on blocks and remove the wheels to replace the tires would be the cheapest and safest.
Where are you located and where did it happen?

I have no idea why this person would do such a thing. I am guessing that he was jealous of my car, since I do not recall having any issues with anyone, past girlfriends too! This happened at my apartment in my parking garage which is open to the public (stupid). My car is tucked away in the corner, but my apartment is downtown, so homeless people and transients can easily walk through. The security footage showed some guy who didn't seem homeless slash the tires and take off. No harm was done to surrounding vehicles, and I was not able to make out his face. Most likely I was a target, but who knows. Either way, it sucks and I wish it upon no one. Such a coward act. Smh
