How hard it is to switch interiors (door panels and seats) between identical model cars? I assume other than the wiring for window and seat controls it should be pretty straight forward.

The door panels and seats are fairly easy to take off. Panels are mostly clips and seats are just bolts. I've had my w204 interior taken apart twice for upholstery work and should be pretty simple. Only gotcha I ran into was when you take off and unplug the seat harness, do not turn on the car or you'll get an air bag code that can't be cleared unless you have access to a STAR. Good thing was when this happened, it was done by a buddy of mine who was a dealership service tech so we just pulled her in after work and he cleared it for me.
