Question c63aammgg wheel questions

Hello guys
I am thinking to get a stance sf01 20" wheels on my 2013 c63 sedan. Their brush titanium is just AWESOME!
So,I wonder what the offset and width could fit on my car. I wanna have a deep concavity, has anyone tried 20x9 on the front and 20x10.5 on the rear?As I looked at the forum, most people just did 20x8 at front and 20x10 at rear. And what are the appropriate offset should I get to have a flush looking?
How do I select the tires for my rims?
anyone help plz?cant wait to get the new rims.
forgive my stupidness..lol..lots of questions

cheers

Looking at the chart, u would need 20x8.5 +35 front, but not much luck on the rear as they only offer 20x10 +45 which is too aggressive. U can try running 235 front & stretch 255 rear if u really want to make them fit.

The 19's fitment looks better, 19x8.5 +45 with 19x9.5 +45.

Keep in mind our cars won't get much concavity due to our high offset.

Hi Roswell, thank you for replying me
So whats the max offset and width we could go to? For the offset number, does that mean the higher number, the less offset we get?
I still struggling btw 19"and 20" wheels tho lol I prefet 20 personally
Btw, nice front seat back u have. Just saw ur pics today. How did u get the AMG logo on it?

I would suggest 19x8.5 +35 to +45 front & 19x10 +50 to +55 ... Anything lower than +50 in the rear will require u to run stretched tires.

And yes, the higher the number for offset.. The more sunk in ur wheels will sit on ur car. The lower the number , the more they will stick out.

Thx about my seat covers, the AMG emblems are just stick on. Lol

Hello. I think Im gonna get the 19"setup like u said before And im gonna run 245f and 275 r just becoz I want more traction.
Any suggestion on the spacers to make them look flush?Or I dont need them at all?

Are u getting the 19's wheel in ur original post? U don't need spacers in the rear with 19x9.5 +55 but u can't run 275 if u are lowered. Use 255/30/19.

As for the front 19x8.5 +45 , u can use 5mm to 10mm to make them flush no problem.

19x9.5 with a 45et for the rear and a 275 tire will not work it will most likely rub on the rear. Front will be fine and like said you could even add a spacer for a more flush look on the front. 35et front is the most flush on the front

im running vossen vle 1 20x9 32 offset with 235 30s and rear 20x10.5 45 offset with 285 25s I have very minimal rub in the back.. it only rubs when I hit a big dip in the road.. you should be fine with 20x10 with 275 30s on it with no problem at all it it wont be to stretched..

Can I see more pics of ur car? I wanna see the overall looking for 20s on sedan. The reason why I wanted to get20 at the first place was becoz my OEM one is already 19s. But as I look at some pics of 20, they look a bit aggressive. That's why I downsize to 19 now. And the rubbing problem is my main concern since I sometimes will have4 passengers.some people in the forum said 20will rub and some said no. A bit confused. Also if I run 20, Stance recommended me to run 255, which I will lose a bit traction

yeah brother 4 passengers will make it rub no doubt.. as for me its usually just me or wme and my wife so that's why I only rub once I hit a dip going a few miles per hour.. honestly I would stick with 19s because I had no issues what so ever with rubbing on a dip or with passengers.. 255s on what size wheels? I have 285s on 10.5s and its stretched.. ill find some pics.. im honestly investing in the hms rear fender flares so I can run 315s for more traction.. 255s will be a downgrade IMO..

S550 on order
I have 20inch vorsteiner on 285/25s and rarely rubs ..offset is +45 and its a 10inch wide rim - pic below ..also i'd recommend not driving with 20s in the winter as they will get beat to ****..i have to send the rims away to get new barrels and basically re-done,

traction will be more of an issue with 20s...i get bent @ 100-130km shifting 3rd/4th if i'm WOTing it ..you're basically driving on hockey pucks with 20s..theres like 0 tread to begin with brand new

durranic is lowered for sure

Stance Recommended me to use 255s on 20". Anyways, I will go for 19".So 19x8.5 et45 front and 19x9.5 et45 rear. Now the problem comes to tire size on rear. u think 275s ok?

oh man I want the flares as weel! but they are a bit expensive and seem like it takes forever for shipment?

These guys talking about 285 tires work well are rubbing that means it doesn't fit. They also look like from pics have pre face lift models keep that in mind. Seems like pre facelift are able to run a little more aggressive in the rear without rubbing vs facelift model.

Trust me 275/30 will rub with 19x9.5 +45.. It all depends on ur rubbing tolerance though. Some ppl are ok with a little bit of rubs some wants zero rubbing. I would recommend u 255/30/19 with +45 offset rear.

Don't look at what others run (regardless on 19's or 20's).. Tire size is dependant on wheels offset not wheel diameter.

a wider tire won't magically give you more traction, i roll on 20s with 285s 8 months out of the year and right now i have some 18s on with 265 tires on the rear....there's pretty much 0 difference, besides the fact that im not driving on hockey pucks with 18s, now handling ..yeah the wider tire does handle the corners better actually but not much a crazy amount. 265 is fine, just learn the gas pedal better, the wider the tire the lower series you'll need too, you can't just stuff a 285 35 on the rear and hope it fits, you'll need to go with a skinnier wall profile every time you want to go wider, I kinda laughed at the one guy who says he wants 315 wide tires on a c63...yeah they might be wide but they'll break loose super easy because its like driving on slicks with how little tread it'll have
