I have a 2009 and when the oil gets low the dashboard indicates to me to check it at the next gas refill. I have seen videos of Mercedes with secret dashboard menus where you can electronically check the oil level. Does this apply to my car? It electronically knows when the oil is low so can't it give more info about exactly how much there is?

It's not secret some cars t have no dipstick and you use the info screen to check level the c63 uses a regular dipstick

Prior car was a C55 that had the electronic tool instead of a dipstick. Hated it.

My old E60 M5 gave a reading of much off 1L it was.

Eg. A reading of 0.8L meant it needed exactly 0.2L to be back to normal. L
