I noticed last saturday that the car does not sound normal. It does not rasp like it did before on WOT and it won't rev freely. It sounds like a muscle car, deep sound but once I let go of gas paddle the RPM's drop right away. Almost as if it's struggling to breath. It won't freely rev and won't rev over 4k on P or N and when driving, even on S+ it shifts on low Speeds. I was doing 20 mph for a segment and it shifted up to 5th gear. Slam the gas and downshifts quick but than it doesn't rev up as quick as it did. I can tell there is loss of power. It idles fine and no CEL. Had service B done less than 1k miles ago and new filters and oil. Or at least that's what I paid for at MB.

It weirds me out as on normal driving it drives fine but its slow to respond when you step on it. Could it be a O2, bad cats or MAF sensor? I figured those would throw CEL.

Seems like a MAF, maybe it just didn't rise to the level of throwing a code.
