Those are sharp. Your timing is terrible by ~5 days. If my rim shop doesn't get their act together I'll be in touch.

This is what I'd like to know as well. From my days over at M3Forum- The Golden Rule of Wheels: Cheap, Light, Strong. Pick two...

In this case, we have cheap and light. How strong and what certification do these have is a very valid question.

Info about Doss is pretty sparse. Google yields nothing. dosswheels.com is registered but the link shows 'coming soon'. Registration records show an Auckland address and a creation date from last fall. Facebook has a few more photos of these wheels on other cars and a presence that goes back to early December.

Gary - got any background you can share?

Doss Wheels are manufactured in a JWL/VIA certified facility, just like how OEM and many other reputation brand of wheels are. Doss Wheels meet all or even exceed ISO standards.

These wheels are all 3, reasonable priced, light, and strong. The strong part comes from the fact that they are flow formed. So the barrel was formed at really high temperatures. Which creates a stronger, and lighter overall rim.

What year is your Z3M? I had a 99 Z3M coupe garage queen also. I sold it later to make room for the garage. I didn't miss it much because it didn't have a S54.

Ah, the Clown Shoe Car! Those are pretty special cars. Mine is just a lowly roadster and mine too is just a S52. I look at the engine choice as 90% of the fun for 90% less work on maintaining it.

Those wheels are way nice!
Anyone installed before and any feedback for it?

The first shipment just arrived a week before Christmas.
My car is the first car to have these on. I put a little bit over 1000 miles on them already. I did 2 round trips from Los Angeles to San Diego. Because of the new tires, the car rides better than my OEM 18s. I can't be happier with these guys.

As of right now I have no idea / ETA for any different color coming in the future. Thanks.

I have no information if Doss has any plan.

The car in the picture is mine and I am very happy with the rear offset. The car is not lowered.
