Where in Dallas? I'm in a suburb east of Dallas and I have a pretty full schedule, but may be able to swing it this weekend. Depending on the depth and breadth of what you want checked out (I am definitely not a mechanic but do some stuff to my E63), I can give you opinions on condition, interpretation of noises, and stuff like that. I know enough to have walked away from numerous cars before I bought mine.
No compensation necessary. Many have assisted me; just passing it on.

the area of dallas would help, its a pretty widespread metroplex so it could be an hour drive for some people.

Hey Rentz - A little while ago I asked you about being a MB tech in Plano. You knew who I was speaking about and referred me to an SA there also. I've hooked up with them and they are friggin AWESOME. You wouldn't believe how well they are taking care of me. Except when I wrench my own, and a buddy of mine, NO ONE else touches my car. You were right and can't thank you enough for the hook up.
