One less 507 on the road(Here it is Meng!!!!!!!)
So.................................
As many of you may know, my 507 sedan was my last, and final, C63 that I was to own. I placed my order, knowing that that was the car that I wanted. Not because it's special, those fools who think it will appreciate are fooling themselves. But that it had all the bells and whistle, including the BS hood. All of the Alcantara and the unique wheels were special, but alas, it was a C63 with some interior touches. I put great pains into that vehicle.
It was my fourth C63, 2008, 2010,1022, 1014 507. I love this car and am BEYOND EAGER to get back into one. I'm just looking for a 507 sedan, and then if all fails, a 2013/2014.
I miss mine soo much!!!!!
Anyway, I was cruising to work in bumper-to-bumper rush hour traffic. We weren't going more then 8-11 miles an hour. There was a nice decent, rolling downhill towards the next stoplight. Two cars darted into the lance that were right in front of me. Apparently there was a car turning right, and I had no room to dart like the other two vehicles in front of me. I had no choice but to slam on my breaks. But because we were traveling downhill and she had a truck with a high bumper, the combo of the nose of my car pointing downhill and the hight of her bumper, my hood went right under the truck, crunching up on the bumper and under tire carrier. And since it was a high impact, the bumper did not come into play. The truck pushed back the grille, the hood, the radiator, the front cowl and mesh, the inner cowls, the pulley, the belts, the suspension, the resevoirs, the motor mounts, and the strut towers and assembles. The total est. $52,000
Here are some pics:

Anyway, DESPERATELY trying to get back into a 507 sedan. If any kind brother out there can help track one down, sell theres, or otherwise help, I's be greatly in debt!!!!!!

Tiny accident. I'm sure with some polish and wax it will come right out....
In all seriousness, wow!! That sucks.
I recently had my back bumper hit while I was parked, no note or anything, but it was a small dent and mostly paint damage. This sucks!
Hope you find another one!

They're the black inserts from the middle of the hood.
OP they totaled it? I'm really surprised the damage was so high assuming the engine was still good and no frame damage (not that I would want to try to sell that thing after repairs).

Damage in these cars leads to really really high repairs when you're talking body work and parts 52k doesn't seem that outrageous

Holy Jordan, talk about bad luck.. Hope u are ok?
Dang, that's the story I was fearing to hear from u.. But again, if u are ok that's all that matters.
Hope u find a new 507, she was a beauty w/o the acceleration vinyl.. I applaud u for that lol

Just curious, no other cars is catching ur eyes right now? I love the new M3 with a set of concave aftermarket wheels.
I mean after 5 totalled C63, i would look for a different car & hoping for a brand new start with better luck. Just my opinion though.

Austin drivers are horrible - glad you're OK.
Wait . . . FIVE totaled C63's? Jordan, really?? Wow, you're lucky to still be in one piece.
What's that do to your insurance bill?

^^^I have no problems with my insurance company or premium. I pay $300/month.
I have found many 2013 sedans and a few 507 coupes. Looking for a 507 sedan, just not liking that Mars red one.

Makes no difference at all, but was the engine still idling? You mentioned bust pulleys and belt. Sorry man. I was rear ended and resulting in a sandwich last month in my Toyota daily driver. I know the feeling man, sorry. It really pains you after the amount of work you put into it and then some dweeb comes along and ruins everything.
On a lighter note, all the best on finding a new replacement. My advice, stay true to your roots. No real man gets out of a AMG and pilots a ****ty *** tin can sounding BMW. No offense to anyone

Not much love for the M3 here lol
I think it's a beautiful car especially compared to he new w205 (minus the sound). Plus I just thought OP could use a car that can fit 305 tires in the rear w/o fender mods to increase traction. Its a shame our cars can barely fit 285 in the rear.

Nope. No BMW for this guy here. Another AMG will soon be under my butt. Just gotta figure out where the 507's are.
