Hi guys-
I have been very busy this last week with work and such, received the car from member, "Bodacious". I owned two 2006 E55s prior to this car so I have been in the AMG family for some time now.

Some of you may have seen his for sale thread. Well, needless to say, I jumped on the car immediately. Car is immaculate, better than I imagined after the conversations and pictures sent from the original owner.

Some know that I've been on the hunt for several months looking for the right car and this beauty popped up right when I had decided to wait a few more months til the summer.

Steel Gray is my favorite color on any car, and this one was no exception.

2014, Steel Gray, 28K miles, one owner (original owner who bought from dealer). MB Tex/Dynamica with Alacantra - I actually didn't want leather. Car is bone stock down to the tires.

Keyless-GO, Lighting Package, Multimedia Package, Sirius XM Sat Radio. All of my MUST HAVE options that I wanted.

I look forward to learning a ton about the car. I do not really have plans while it's still under warranty other than a few cosmetic updates like the smoked sidemarkers and tint. Eventually, after factory warranty expires - I am thinking long tubes, deleted secondaries and a conservative dyno tune.

Here are some pics ... sorry, they are crappy Android pics. My professional photographer friend is in California doing wedding shoots for the next couple weeks, but I will be sure to upload once she returns and has the time. The car also needs a good wash and detail, hopefully in the next couple weeks I will have that scheduled. It's very exciting to have a new car!

Car will needs tires, so I am looking at options - talked to a few members and I'm leaning towards the Goodyear F1s or the Conti DWS - thinking 245f and 275r on stock 18s.

My wife calls the car, "Mister Savage"!

And my vote goes to MPSS when you do get tires. But I've had good luck and success with DWS' as well.

I have Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ on my car and have really enjoyed them. They even do pretty well in snow.

I vote for MPSS as well but have only driven on them or the OEM Continentals.

I will vote for the MPSS as well. the Conti OEM's are one of the worst I have tried. I am in need of new tires and just waiting for the Michelin rebate to show up.
Hankook V12's were great too.

The only thing I would do (if I could get away with it from my SA from the MB dealer, who is an enthusiast himself), is delete the secondaries and replace with Mike's power pipe.
