? About a 2011

Hello....been lurking for a while taking in all the great info available and would like y'alls (yes, I'm in Texas) opinion. I know the 2012 and up come with better interior, transmission, sport+, but I found a 2011 with 13k miles that is in perfect shape with a clean Carfax. I'd rather a 2012 or newer for the above reasons, but have the dealer down to $42k out the door. First is that a decent price for the year and miles and if so would you regret not holding out for a new model. Looking forward to y'alls opinions.

No performance package or limited slip, but pretty much everything else offered that year.

Of course this my 2 cents, but I would bet you would be having buyers regret since a 2012 is only a year older. The PP and the LSD are the most important options IMO and they make a huge difference. Its also facelifted and I believe it looks alot better. The interior is also by far worse and feels outdated in the 2008-2011.

You can get a 2012 for the same price if you look around. The differences are huge from the interior to the transmission. No head bolt issues.

The interior differences aren't that significant (I prefer the pop-up screen), and '11s don't have headbolt issues.

If you're set on this one, I would post or PM me the VIN so that I can check to see if your engine is past the head bolt switch over to ne design.

Regards,

Joe

I would hold out for a 2012 or newer. The interior in the 2012 still feels "fresh" and it is even already four years old. The transmission also feels crisper compared to the 7G transmission I remember from when I was test driving and making the same decision you are currently making. Good luck!

Thanks for all the responses. Even though the 2011 is flawless, I think I'll hold out for a 2012 or newer. It's funny, but these weren't even on my radar, but I test drove one on a whim and that's all it took. Now, I'm living on autotrader.
