So I'm having that itch growing for a GT car recently. I'm just wondering if there are any interests in buying my BS. It has currently 7800 miles, CPO until 06/17. I don't really want to sell it but if I decide to pull the trigger on the P-car the BS will have to go as I cannot keep both for now.
So it is really a feeler to see if there are serious buyers out there and what price they are willing to pay. I already have one in mind for which i'm willing to part with the car but will not disclose it for now. Just trying to gauging the market.

Will the C63 BS go up in value? I don't know. Most AMGs depreciate and rarely resale above MSRP (I've only seen the SLS BS in that case) as opposed to most of GT cars

I drove test a 997.1 GT3RS. That car is a rocket and so different from the BS. It sits low and feels light and is so tight! Manual transmission is sharp, steering is sharp, suspension stiffer. The car goes everywhere we make it go to. Amazing! And the sound coming from your back is so intoxicating! Yeah, gt3 is going to hold its value if not go up far better than an amg ....but also costs quite a deal more than the c63bs when new
I understand the difference in cars and you gotta do what makes you happy but the CBS is such a beautiful, unique, gorgeous car and rare. Gt3/gt3rs are super amazing and fun to drive but just about anyone with some money can have one. I see them all the time in Tokyo, literally everyday. Where as I've only seen one other CBS with a hot female driver lol. Both cars are great but personally I'd rather have the CBS over the p-car. You can't go wrong with either, like others have mentioned.
For increasing in value, doesn't matter either way. It's gonna take 20+ years for it to be worth anything substantial (Too bad you can't just add the gt3 to the line up). It will definitely increase in value since it's production numbers globally were limited (there will always be someone who wants one) and the end of an amazing engine. It's already 4+ years old and value is still up there. In Japan it's increasing in value already since only 50 made it here.

I wish I could keep both right now (which is in the plan). But first I need 4 cars garage! Which means I need a new house (which I'm currently working on) . But this will probably materialize in about 4 years. So if I pull the trigger on the GT3RS I do plan on getting another Black Series 4 years from now. I doubt a newer AMG will be in the plan since I've been pretty disappointed with what is available at the moment. Even a turbo Black Series I don't know if i'll go for that

I've got a 997 C4s with the full GT3 RS suspension and a Single Turbo and straight exhaust. Nothing puts is down like a well sorted 911
Oh my lord that Black Series is gorgeous. Good luck selling it, I hope it ends up in a nice home. Is trade in value not worth it if you take it into a stealership?

I actually haven't tried to get a appraisal from a stealership. But I don't expect much from it. I'm actually looking for real world facts.

The transmissions on the newer Porsches are made by the hand of God. I'll never forget my first experience behind a 997 Turbo S. It is beyond words how awesome that tranny is.
Having said that, I'd cut off my left nut to own a BS like yours. Now that I own a C63, I should probably stay away from the forum because if one more damn BS pops up, I'm selling my C63 and picking one up!!!!
Yeah the pdk transmission in the 991gt3 is effortless! Even too perfect. One of the reason I want a manual with the older gt.

Solution: sell the ml350 and you'll have room for the gt3rs. :-P
I can't believe you haven't installed your headers yet. Install them and your inquisition to selling your cbs will be gone.
