Was there any event where the loss in power was immediate?
Or was this a gradual process?

Have you taken it to a mechanic? Seems pretty bizarre that the power has gone down and the tone has changed. Could it be an exhaust leak?
Adding a resonator won't do anything. Lots of people run no resonator without any problems.

Any dyno pre and post headers & tune?
If so, why not dyno again and see if it still gives roughly the same figures?
Or is it just simply that you got used to the changes?
I certainly do feel like that some days with mine - Headers, sports cats, Eurocharged tune until I give it some hoot and find that I have reached certain speeds in no time...

Not sure cleaning the manifold intake will help.
Might be worth removing the Tune/Map and reinstalling it to see if there is any difference.
Failing that, ask Eurocharged for the V5 headers map, which is more specific for those with LTH.
U really need a dyno to see what change and what baseline is the car running, just for future references if issues like this occur again.
COuld you be a bit more specific in the power loss? What actually did you experience? shifting slower? Pulls less strong? cant reach top speed?

Couple people here having similar type issues, frequently having removed airboxes. Forgive me, but I am going to cut n paste my answer from another thread:
Seating and screwing down the airbox properly is vital with this car, and I have had issues with it. You need to screw them down snugly but not too tight, or they will strip. The screws stretch. Yes, stretch. I have even been told by one tech that they were not intended to be reusable. I haven't verified that. But I was plagued by cels when dealing with filters/charcoals etc. Then I bought all new screws. I used thread locker, just a dab. Made sure everything was super well seated. Then I screwed them down. Starting with one. Skipped one screwed down the next one. Around like that, like lug nuts on a wheel. Problems were solved. All good since. If I started getting them again when cleaning the filter, I change the screws. Few bucks. I can usually tell the one that has gone. Try that.
