Titanium Wheel Stud Conversion
We have a conversion kit that will replace your lug bolts with wheel studs and nuts. The complete kit is made from grade 5 (6AL4V) titanium.
Lug Bolts are a pain in the *** to deal with. Studs and nuts are stronger, look way better and are much easier to deal with.
Switch to our titanium stud kit today.

What are the benefits to using Ti over hardened steel? Does it have the same or better resistance to stretching? I'm not a materials scientist - hope someone can chime in here thx.

The strength between high grade steel and Ti is almost equal but the differences are the weight and another thing that most people like is the fact that is does not rust or corrode.

Titanium is lighter, more resistant to corrosion and more temperature stable
As for strengths steel is actually stronger than titanium depending on the alloy that is used, although the are generally fairly similar

Ti has less sheer strength than the steel units. On light weight race cars where every oz counts, it might be worth it, but on heavy cars like ours it's not, plus you lose max tq strength in using these. I lost a wheel at LS in Northern Cal years ago with a light weight car on Ti lugs. Ti is a great material, but unless you are putting tons of money into mods for a lap time, the cost to benefit doesn't equate.
