It seems that MB-AMG do not support some of the codes you may want (KR, IDC).
A cheap & reliable alternative is to redeploy an old Android device & use the Torque Pro app.
(Still didn't give me what I needed, but was close).

For me it's more for data logging while I'm at the track or on the go and to see iats etc etc In front view of me not on a mobile phone

Any decent phone mount - suction cupped to the windshield - makes it easy to see the phone. Provides a solid mount and avoids any need to hack up the car for something you plan to use only at the track.
