Porsche Lugs?

Hey guys,
Has anyone used OEM Porsche lugs before?
My Merc lugs are rusty and I don't feel like taking the time to clean them up.

I do however have a ton of Porsche lugs laying around. I think I even still have an old stud conversion kit from my 997TT.

I'd assume there wouldn't be any issues since they're the same size and thread pitch.

I am using a stud conversion kit and ball seat Porsche lug-nuts since I am running stock AMG wheels. Mine came from an older air cooled 911 Porsche.
I don't see any issues if you're on stock wheels.

Should be fine with same threads and length, like Carbon Dated said, the lug nuts will just need to match the wheels, ball seat for stock wheels, conical for most aftermarket.

While the thread and seat type are both the same, I suspect you're talking about lug bolts, not lug nuts. Porsche bolts themselves use spacers and are the wrong length for the Merc... plus if you read what Porsche says about their bolts, they need to be replaced *EVERY TIME* you change your wheels. Get yourself a nice set of bolts or just plastic caps a la Audi.

I would only add and only as a precaution, make sure the flare angle is the same and the seating surface the same size.

I have extended studs and use Porsche ball seat lug nuts.
