Question E63 wheels on C63 question.

Hi! Guys, who use R19 wheels from E/CLS 63 AMG on C63? Tell please, how it work? I think buy this wheels for my C63. It's a good idea?
What size tires must be used on these wheels?

Picture from internet... Looks good, right?

I personally might move down one notch to 245/275 just cos it depends on what brand of tire you get and what your ride height is.

Is it me but why does it seem a lot of questions about fitment ignore offset?
It can matter.

Totally agree but I think in this case most people are assuming the OP and readers know the specs on the E63 wheels. I personally would have posted them myself if I were the OP. I know I don't know the specs off the top of my head. Heck, I still have to look up the specs on our stock wheels.

Without having looked, 45 BA or 45 FA and 54 RA.
My point was not clear. The folks with wheels to sell or wheels they want to buy don't post the ET when the wheels are not of our cars.

offsets

Hi,

for CLS63 should be 9,0X19 ET 37 and 10,0x19 ET 47.

for E63 should be 9,0X19 ET 37 and 9,5x19 ET 52.

Glad to know that the 285/30 tyres fit well in the back.

Which tyre model are you using?

Cheers

Front wheel with 245/35 tire. But it seems to me this tire is a narrow for 9J disk. What do you think guys?

Front wheel strongly sticks out? Or it's good?

Yes the 245 is a bit stretched on a 9" wheel but a 255 might rub especially if lowered. That wheel is a very aggressive fitment on a C63.

Doesn't rub when in the garage but that would most def rub in a hard turn.

Rear E63 wheels will fit no problem.
Front will stick out a bit and rub if you keep OEM tire size as Mort mentioned.
245 is stretched but will work better.

I don't own a C63 but in my years of experience and owning a E63 with that height differential, it will not rub even with hard turning. That thing is a 4x4 now. lol. If lowered though it will rub the rear fender liners upon hard bumps that's for sure.

I have stock 18's and I have 285 rears and I rub on hard turns under accelerations I just don't know how he isn't rubbing.

Rear wheel 265/35 do not rub! I lowered the car on brick (put a brick under the wheel) and dropped the car off the jack. Place to wing is there, and in the inside, too!
