Finally some verification of this C Class variant
The current new V6 twin turbo W205 C Class is a quick car (low 5's to 100km/h) this variant will probably run high 4's with tuning it might even be as quick as a W204 C63...very interesting.
That should offer a wide choice or selection in future for a new performance C Class

This car will not get an AMG badge.
AMG is very protective of its brand, particularly in the U.S.
This car will be called a "Sport" model (most likely) or an "AMG Sport" model (which is what is done in markets abroad).

Which is basically what the M-Sport use to be. Aero kit and some tweaks inside except AMG is tweaking the engine too. I'm happy no AMG badges will be on the car, other than maybe the floor mats. and wheels.

There were more M badges on my M Sport F30 335i w/ M Performance parts than on an E92 M3.

These pics of the C450 Wagon were leaked months ago: http://www.benzinsider.com/2014/05/u...450-amg-sport/
The fenders say Sport AMG. However, speaking with an AMG rep from corporate for USA he's unsure if the US will get the same branding on the fenders since as mentioned above, the AMG trademark is guarded pretty well here in the US. So although in Europe it'll say Sport AMG it may be something different in the US.

Yes but it will look close to the C63...The C350 sports never looked like an AMG but now with this inter model "AMG Sport" I have a feeling they will look pretty similar.

The normal C class and the AMG variant have always looked similar. The car is based off of the normal car. The only real thing we're missing with this particular generation is the fender flares, but the AMG has a wider track anyway.

If I decide to get the new C63, it will be the "S" model. It's supposed to be a little more aggressive looking than the regular C63.
