Absolutely love it. IMHO, blows away the F80 M3.

Agreed. This car is going to be a monster. I can't wait for first drive reviews, followed by comparison tests. I am a fan of the new Mercedes styling.

The red carbon on the interior is OVER kill. I to dislike the rear ends of this and the CLA. I love the front and the sides and 100% agree witht the push towards luxury look over sport. if you didnt know any better you could almost think its an S class of the past or something. I love the wheels the most! the mesh is THE iconic sport/racing wheel design! enough of the boring old every flavor of 5 spoke blah that MB can come up with

Great pictures and only a few features got overcooked.

I disliked the taillights as well, but they have grown on me. Looks kind of classy.

They have also grown on me after seeing the taillights in person on a C300.

Also, while the ipad-like screen looks out of place and like an afterthought. After sitting in the drivers seat and using it, I think it is perfect.

That being said... if it were retractable it would have been a much better design.

Any ideas when the first drives might start appearing? I'm guessing we will have to wait until the turn of the new year? I'm a bit worried. The new C is a nice car, but compared to the 3-series it rides a lot better, I really like the interior but it was utterly underwhelming to drive. I wonder if the 63 AMG will be a bit more "civilised" compared to the old C63? I really love the F80 M3, but I really like the looks of the W205.

+ 1 totally agree on the screen, I've always refrained from stating my approval of the ipad type screen because it seems most people hate it but I've thought it was an excellent thing right from the beginning, the larger screen option would take some getting used to though after seeing it in real life at first glance its absolutely huge and agree a pop up or retractable unit would make it perfect, it's been done by others present and past so hopefully MB can do something along those lines as well.

The W205 tail lights I still don't like in my eyes they look even worse in real life than in pics and look worse still when fired up or in use especially the little or tiny amber indicator strip, the W204 design is IMHO much better, but that's just my opinion and am not too fussed about it anyway because as previously mentioned the C205 coupe will have a much more attractive design and that's the only model of the 205 series I'm interested in
