P0141 code

Hello I am new here but i have a question. I have been getting a p0141 code for the past few weeks now. I have replaced both post cat O2 sensors just as the codes have indicated. The drivers side seems to be working fine but i have replaced the the passenger side one twice now and still getting p0141. What should i do or look for.
