I am also from Calgary. Just bought two ML550's, but don't get the 1st one until late November.....and the second one not until end of Feb. 2015. Have given up on driving Escalades after years of frustration with them and now with ongoing production problems in the new Escalades. Hope we like the ML550's.

JK, its a ****hole.
Our event is fantastic, we plough an ice course on a frozen lake an hour north of the city and have a lot of fun!
Also, looks like there was a winter driving academy in Calgary last February, look out there may another in 2015.

Well - I'm sure that at least Winnipeg has beer. Frozen lake - powerful Mercedes Vehicles and beer.....what could go wrong? Gotta love being Canadian! I'd sure love to hear if anybody hears about the driving school in Calgary. It would be nice to get a nice group of folks out to participate. I think that we have beer here too......

2002 CLK55 AMG Cab. Bought it at the MB dealership in Kamloops BC. 2 years ago when it was 10 years old with 50,000 km. Have had the usual electrical problems, expensive maintenance and rude Vancouver dealership people. Miss my Ford some days.

Yeah, Calgary, AB. Recently picked up an 06 R350. Wife liked it, and now I'm burdened with maintaining it/repairing it, lol. I used to complain about Audi, but I'm finding it a whole other level of despair with MB so far. OBDII deliberately under-reports favoring the $30k Star tool that no DIY'er ever has hope of obtaining. Was actually considering picking up another 2 MBs, G-wagon and E class, but since there's no VAG-COM equivalent I'll probably get another X5 and A4 instead.
