Importing S550 to Canada

I will be importing a S550 into Canada this week and I want to make sure that the car has the (EIS) Electronic Immobilation System installed to meet Canadian standards, does anyone know?

Thanks

Hal

Dealer only. Not cheap. Friend of mine brings in Benz to order and total conversion incl warranty in CAD change is $4-5K.
