Are they using snap-on diagnostics or something else for mercedes ?

I don't really know. I told them about the strange noise appearing at slow motion. They lifted the car and showed me where the noise is coming, and also another several problems. They specialize in German cars. I found them on the recommendation of another Mercedes owner.

They found cardan shaft bearing and front swivel joint broken. Fixed everything in the same day.
