The CL600 that I just received as my first car.

Yes, 2002 with 104k miles.
im looking for the amg body kit does any one know where to get it for a cheap price.
and also this weekend im planning to install HID lights and was wonder with what temperature to with with each light. (high, low, city, and fog.) Im sure im not going to change the xenon light, which i believe is low beam?

First of all, congratulations on the car. Looks good!
You can't put HID's in the city lights (W5W - little peanut bulb in the high beam). If you're looking to color match them to your HID low beams, check either this thread or try the LED's from AZN Optics.
I wouldn't recommend HID's in either the high beams for fog lights. For one, HID's don't like to be cycled on and off, which makes them ill-suited for the high beams. Also, the HID arc has very different characteristics than a halogen filament. Since your foglights and high beams are designed to focus the light from a halogen filament, they won't focus the light from a HID arc correctly. Even if the arc is in the proper position (which isn't a guarantee with rebased bulbs), this results in a poor beam pattern and glare for oncoming drivers.
Your fog lights don't need to be any brighter. That much foreground light actually reduces your distance vision. If you do decide you need more light from your foglights, the HIR 9012 is significantly brighter than the 9006 bulb that's in there (1875 vs 1000 lumens), and will fit with very little modification (link at the bottom of the page). I wouldn't recommend these in your foglights, though, for the reasons I discussed above.
If you're just trying to match the color of your foglights to your HID lowbeams, you could try a 9006 LED bulb (search eBay). They don't put out enough light to enable you to see anything, but most people rarely see conditions where a foglight would be helpful anyway. how's it run? The na v12's are notorious for oil cooler problems, the oil cooler plate sits between the heads. This is very common failure on this motor and is very expensive to fix. Just a little FYI, lol do you have service history showing if this has been fixed in the past? Nice car though, and Goodluck

I had no idea that HID didnt like to be cycled on & off, great advice.
So if theres no need for brighter, stronger foglights what is the best way to clean the fog light lens, its turning yellow. haha
The idea that i had with the foglights was to make them a strong yellow? I was told the temperature would be 3000k??

The car, actually flies haha. It feels like an airplane taking off when i get a chance to step on the pedal. and when im cruising around it cant be any better
I had the car, carfaxed and everything was up to date.

Oh ok good , jus wanted to let you know, what else are you wanting to do on it? ... there are quite a few headlight cleaners on the market , iv used meguiars plast- x which works really well...if theres lot of grime on them I use like 2000 grit sand paper first and then polish them . Goodluck

Plast-X won't work on fog lights, since they're glass. Sandpaper even would be iffy. Those kits are meant for the plastic headlights, not glass fog lights.
Go with standard yellow bulbs (non-HID) if you want to yellow the fog lights.
