ABC Hoses
I bought a CL600 and have been going through it. I have decided to upgrade some of the ABC hoses and will complete the first phase this weekend. The OEM hoses use Conti hydraulic hose and steel tubing. The hoses I am making use Parker 721 constant pressure hose with a 4000 psi working pressure and -40 to 125C temp range on crimped 3/8 inch compression fittings; and existing OEM ends. The hose specs up the same as the Conti and has a greater working pressure of 275 bar. Please note a 3/8 inch compression fitting will accommodate the 10mm OD tubing on ABC hoses. I will also be using heavier than oem steel tubing on any straight sections from hose to hose. Any Parker dealer can make these hoses while you wait. An example of this is an RB2 hose on my CL600. I had two 16.5 inch pieces made with 3/8 compression ends and a 7 inch 3/8 OD steel tube to replace the center; cost $92 all in. This will be successful and will be stronger than the oem setup.

Google Parker Hydraulic hoses and go to their website for dealer info. I bought mine through Air Hydro who has locations in the South and Midwest. Parker is one the largest manufacturers in the US.
