Advice on Repairs

Hi all, so i just got back from getting my car inspected and unfortunately did not pass any advice or suggestions regarding my issues would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone can suggest where to get oem or aftermarket parts for less that would be great.

1. running lights in both tail lights not functioning
I know its not the bulbs or fuses they flicker sometimes but i cant seem to figure out whats wrong

2. inner and outer tie rods

3. right rear shock strut

I will attempt to repair the lights myself and tie rods if anyone could offer some advice on the difficulty and weather or not it'd be a good idea. I'm already expecting a large repair bill for the shock as they're pretty expensive. will be taking my car to a trusted shop in the morning but don't think ill be having the work done for another week.

Thanks for any help or advice offered.

Thanks for replying, would you happen to know a ball park number for having a repair like this done at an indy shop. I'm trying to explore every option before putting money down I just want the most reliable route as I will be keeping this car for another 4+ years and every year it seems it needs 1000-1500 in repairs

Just to update,
Thankfully the strut wasn't damaged but some other repairs are still needed now the locking mechanism for the driver door is damaged and was quoted at ~$1200

No I'm having a problem where when it gets cold out my driver door wont open due to water freezing in the hinge i believe but an Indy shop told me its the locking mechanism but I'm not sure and the soft close is working correctly on both sides
