Interface Module HELP!!!

I have an 03 CL600 that needs a new Ctel interface module part #Q6820971. I have located the module but the Mercedes dealer states that they cannot program it as they don't have the file. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to proceed or where to get the file? The dealer said just put an aftermarket stereo in the car. I'd rather not if possible. Mercedes corporate said to call around to other dealers to see if anyone has that file. The car is in great condition and lots of fun to drive but the stereo, phone, voice activation and navigation don't work. Thanks in advance!.......Andrew

I have no idea what they are talking about. Are you replacing the CTEL module with another or adding one that didn't exist in the vehicle before ?

Thanks for the reply. They claimed the module was dead. I was able to find one on the internet as MBZ doesn't make the part anymore. The dealer said the new unit would need to be reprogrammed and MBZ has deleted that file????

Now suddenly the system is up and running. I was hit from behind with minor body damage. Somehow moisture got into the bumper area and my stereo, nav, phone and voice activation system stopped working. It's working now. Thanks again for replying. I appreciate it!!
