Here is what I did to mount my phone in my CL65.

I used two different solutions:

1) ProClip Angled Mount 2001-2006 Mercedes Benz CL-Class 853249 $29.99
2) Koomus Pro CD-M Universal CD Slot Magnetic Cradle-less Smartphone Car Mount Holder from Amazon $19.99

I cut the Koomus, milled the back of it until it was flat and glued it onto the ProClip.
