How to Set passenger seat to automatically move forward

My driver side seat on the 2007 CL600 moves automatically forward after tilting the back rest forward, to allow easier access to the rear seat. But it doesn't do the same for the passenger side. Is there a way to change the setting such that the passenger seat would also automatically slide forward for access to rear seats? Thanks.

Did you try to talk to it gently? Works for me every time.

Just breaking your *****, my passenger seat works well (after spanking it couple of times...)
