2014CL600

The only option that wasn't checked on my CL was the Splitview. Is there a way to view videos through my iPhone or iPad or a SD card or a USB device via the USB plug that will interface with the Command screen? Does it cut out after you start driving or can that feature be disabled? Please advise. Or is there something I can do to make the screen work as Splitview? Do, I need to have the CD player changed to CD?DVD or does the Command head have to be changed or what?
