My 215 CL's had beautiful calipers but the new 216's and 221 are plain and ugly. What can be done? Do you think someone could make a dye-cast decal and maybe spray them hyper silver first and then spray the Mercedes-Benz logo on them to make the fronts look better and possibly, do something to the rears as well ??? Maybe buy those imitation covers spray them Hyper silver and then put the logo on them? I think the wheels are to beautiful to look through and see the horrific looking basic looking calipers on such a high end car.

Never mind, I first wanted to thank you for all of theresponses, they were over whelming. Second, I had a guy make me a stencil with 3M adhesive backing material and gave him the exact measurements of the Mercedes-Benz script. I stuck it on each caliper, used caliper black and then sprayed over the stencil. I Removed the stencil and then sprayed the caliper in high gloss clear, now it looks correct. I didn't realize that only the 600's didn't come with Mercedes-Benz logo's on them. I am thinking it was because the wheel options didn't allow for them to be very visible.

callipers
paint will look good. I also was looking at EBAY for caliper covers the do hacve some but I would check the calipers on your benz and see if they will attach to your vehicle. hope this helps.
ps caliper's looked pretty cool check it out I was thinking of doing the same at a cost of about 180 to 200 dollars.

Here
Dupli-color Kit then throw some Mercedes decals on there if you want : ) that's what I may do after my led lights.

I want to keep my existing calipers, but just want to replace the bolts. Mine look old, and a little rusty on my 2008 CL550. I asked the dealer how much it would cost to replace...$220! Really?!? Am I missing something, or can I not just wrench off the old bolts and replace w/ four new ones?
