CL550 Lowered with Star?

Have any of you guys have a lowered CL550 lowered with STAR?

If so, how's the ride? What's your wheel set up?

Please post any images if possible.

Thank you in advance.

try the S-Class forum

This forum doesn't get a lot of traffic, because the cars are so rare (just a few thousand a year). They are much rarer than S-classes, which share many components. Good luck

It's great when it's not in the shop. I've had it for almost three months and it's already been in the shop twice. Although I blame that fact on two things: 1. the v12 version is known to be temperamental, and 2. I got almost too good of a deal on it!

At this point though, I just smile and hand over my money, because I'm in love with the driving experience.

BTW: I'm they have lots of posts on lowering over on the s-class forum. I generally hang out over there, and only check in her to see if there is anything CL specific worth chatting about

Thank you again.

I'll look at the S class forum and see what I can find there.

i actually have had it done. didn't want to go with the lowering links or expensive lowering module. the ride is fine but you have to get someone that really knows what they are doing since some calculations go into it. btw I'm running 255/35/20 in front and 285/30/20 in the rear. so far no issues
