Tire Width Question- CL550

Guys,
Is anyone here running 265mm width tires on the front in a staggard set up? I've seen some on tuner sites and was wondering if there have been any issues (rubbing, handling, etc.) I'm considering this size for my 21 inch wheels (265-30-21).

Currently, running 255-30-21 which I think is a great set up, but my tech at America's Tire is telling me they wont install/service that size for my car due to the 93 load index. They say I need a 96 load index for front. This seems odd to me since the car came stock with 255-35-20 (94y) tires. Any insight and/or advice would be much appreciated. My wheel specs: f 21 x 9 +57et; r 21 x 10.5 +59et (20mm spacers fr/rr)
