CL65 normal operating engine/water temperature

Guys,
Does anybody know what is the normal (official standard) engine/water temperature range for '05 CL65? I cannot find this information anywhere. Mine keeps showing somewhere betw. 80C and 90C, I just feel this may be a bit too high...?

180 water, 210 oil is considered to be optimal for longevity.

200 water, 220 oil is considered optimal for power as long as you can provide cold intake charge.

your reading is normal.

Mine seems to always be around 80, but once I was stuck in traffic for over an hour and it reached over 90, I was concerned but my garage assured me it would not overheat because of the hot and cold weather testing done by
Mercedes.

I am having this issue as well. I have never seen a vehicle without a cooling system issue fluctuate water temps this much. (Assuming there is no issue.) At ambient temps around 30f-40f my water temp stays right around 80c. Today it was 55f ambient and water temp was around 90c-95c. Needless to say I am a little concerned.

In searching the forum it looks like I should upgrade my IC pump and heat exchanger. I won't be able to do that right away so I am inquiring as to weather I have cause for concern or not.

That being said, recommendations for heat exchanger and IC pump would be helpful. What have your experiences been?
