Hello everyone. Kenny from North Texas. Been on the forum since February researching the CL's and finally decided to pull the trigger a couple of weeks ago.
Here's my 05 CL55 AMG. Better pictures will come. I have no plans for it other than to drive and enjoy.

CL55K AMG - Audi TT 1.8T - Honda Goldwing GL1800
Congratulations Kenny and all owners!
Here's my recently bought CL55.
Only 63k miles on the clock, extremely happy after having owned 2 W215 (pre and post restyling) and a W216 CL500 that I never felt like it was "my car".
Everything works just fine, but it'll need a new IC pump on the summer, it already failed once...
Running on 19" Dunlop SP01 and so far I'm happy with those (was afraid of the comfort being compromised with these huge rims), need a good detailing to remove some minor scratches around (specially bumpers).
Sorry for the quality, it was taken with the cell while waiting for new rear tires:
rgds, Marcelo

Just had illuminated Door Sills put in. They used the original sills, made a cut out for the lights, wired, and there you have it.
They're also installing the Quaife LSD... should have back next week.

Thanks. The after market sills for the CL55 are just flat metal -- doesn't look like the oem sills with the ridges, etc. I wanted to keep the look similar, but just add the lights. Will post more pics when I get the car back.

New Acquisition
Hi Guys,
This is my 2006 CL55 AMG. 81k miles and an aftermarket warranty. I can't explain how much I really do love to drive this car. I wanted a E55k going back to an old Car&Driver Comparison in 2003. I absolutely loved that engine.
Both parent's have E-Classes and I ended up getting a C55 AMG in 2010. Modified and Tuned the car but still wanted the M113K so Monday after test driving this CL I went home and came back to the dealership the following afternoon and made the purchase. Could not be happier :-)
Need to get the EC H/E and I/C Pump and I feel it needs a new S/C bearing so I'll probably just get the EC pulley and tune package.

I'm from Chicago and new to this forum and the AMG world. I decided to go with a CL55 because of its classy appeal and ferociousness when summoned.
Got a few mods: Eurocharge TCU/ECU and 84mm SC Pulley, Colder plugs, and KNN's

My CL55 AMG Kompressor - not a girly car ;)
Hello all,
I have modified my CL by adding various parts sourced from various online parts shop. The main idea behind this project was to enhance the look of my car and still make my car look like "factory produced" i.e not modified......my car also had a Weistec stage 3 improvement and a modified exhaust.......580bhp!!!
The sound is amazing and apart from the Weistec upgrade, the bodykit modifications didn't cost much....
.....tell me what you think......

MBWorld Fanatic!
Did you just lower the front end? LOL. If you installed a lowering module, the rear wires have to be reversed otherwise your rear will raise up instead of lower...

Obviously it didn't raise up if you look at my previous pics but the rear didn't lower more than an inch. Links wouldn't go in so I may end up finding a solution but I do kind of like the stance how it is.
