Looks basically the same. You just get new roads and stores added, as you said.

I'm currently having trouble updating the nav unit. I went from a 2005 disk to a 2011 nav disk. Doing this you have to have an update done on the unit using another disk (mercedes part). I have tried numerous times and it won't update. In the spring I will take it to my indie shop and see if they have better luck.
